Thanks for your response. I seem to have lost the comment so very briefly I had the worst anxiety (not cognitive) in my life after stopping concerta. I see what you say regarding cognitive anxiety which I clearly experience. Are you suggesting that I go back on to concerta together with a SSRI? I will do testing but very nervous of stimulant medication side effects. i.e doesn’t cure ADHD, zombie like, forgetful, agressivness, loss of generous nature and compassionate nature.

Yes that’s what happens, a bit of rebound, and a clear indication from a Neurotransmitter [NT] perspective that you, because of the imbalance are back where you started – and the meds are ‘pooping out’ because the NTs are very likely insufficient even with the reuptake inhibition.
